I am currently the Executive Chef for the GE Monogram Design Center in New York City where I hold demonstrations, dinner parties, cooking class dinner parties, and wine tastings. I am also a freelance Sous Chef with Gourmet Magazine under Executive Chef Sara Moulton and have been for over 3 years now. I am also a food stylist for Woman’s World Magazine’s Diet Section, Food Stylist for Sara Moulton/Best Buy Webisode #8, a private dinner party chef, private cooking class instructor, and caterer. I also do advertorial or in-store commercial food styling for EveryDay with Rachel Ray Magazine. I am always seeking more clients wanting private dinners, cooking class-dinner parties, and cocktail parties. I also cater to small families and busy professionals in the New York City area with personal chef needs. If you want great cooking parties for your kids; I can supply that too! When holding cooking class dinner parties in a client’s home or in the GE Monogram Design Center @ 150 East 58th Street on 10th Floor, off Lexington Avenue, where as many as 20 people learn how to prepare their meal in a lively atmosphere, my staff and I will finish off the meal and serve back to you what you have just created. While you are in the showroom the Sales Team can show you the many amazing features of the GE Monogram Appliance line. Specialties: I am well versed in French, Japanese, American, Indian, Thai, and more cuisines, which is why I work well in so many settings with a varying client base. I also plan diets for weight loss, weight management, allergies, diabetics, celiac disease, South Beach Diet, Zone Diet, and more.
